“Tonight, I received my DoorDash order and my sandwich had no chicken! I was incredibly frustrated. Zach handled the situation very professionally! I drove to the store, and he remade my food. It was wonderful! The best waffle fries I’ve ever had! The store is lucky to have such a good manager!“

“First when we walked in there were no tables. There was an employee, Nikita, eating he got up to let us have his table. Then while placing my order I mentioned the kids dad had deployed this week. She came to our table and asked the kids if they wanted to come learn how to make there own ice creams. They were thrilled. Thanks Lexy it made their day.“

“Chick-fil-A knows how to do things right. I got a chick biscuit and I can tell they made some slight changes from when it first came out. It was a cooked juicy piece of chicken with a buttery biscuit. Perfect way to start the day. The hashbrowns made an amazing side piece. I mix 2 mayos and a chick-fil-a sauce. Magnificent!!!!“

“The location in Derby Kansas that we went through the drive-thru is currently under construction but that did not stop the staff from being friendly courteous and extremely efficient the food was top-notch and we will definitely be going back for more the kids everybody loves it besides you can't go wrong with a frozen lemonade“

“Every other chick filet needs to take notes. I recently moved back from Florida and this location is the pinnacle of quality compared to any other chick filet that I have visited around fhe country. Its not even close. Customer service is on point and the food is ALWAYS hot like it was made fresh to order. Fries are always big pieces too and never stale. This location deserves recognition“
