First time here. I was in the mood for some french fries, the images shared here look like they were fresh cut fries, so I thought I'd give them a try. I pulled up to the drive through and was looking for just the sides on the menu, but they weren't listed. A woman's voice came over and told me to go ahead and order whenever I was ready and I said, thank you, and then she yelled at me "Go!" I should have left then. I told her I was just after an order of fries, and she gave me my total and told me to pull around. I pulled up to the window and it took a couple of minutes before anyone came over, but when the young man came to the window, he asked me what I had ordered. I told him I ordered some fries, but he said no one took my order. I told him a female talked me over the speaker and took my order and gave me my total and told me to pull around. He said he was sorry, but that she didn't actually place the order.
Again, i should have left. He asked me what I ordered, and I told him it was just an order of fries, so he rang it up and charged me. A few minutes later, I got the fries, but they were skinny little fast food fries and not at all like the image of the fresh cut fries that was on google. Way too salty. No napkin in the bag. Major disappointment on food and service. One and done, won't be going back.

Really good food but they are extremely stingy with sauce. Knowing this I purchased extra sauce and they still didn't include it with my order. I would have went back but it took so long in the drive-thru it wasn't worth it. As expensive as food is nowadays, you should at least get what you pay for.

Great service, workers were really nice. Sadly to me the chicken and waffles sandwich was too spicy and the agave cream soda was too sweet. Next time I'll try something else on the menu.

Sat in the drive through for roughly 10 mins. We thought the lady in front of us was doing a large order. NOPE she was waiting to get checked on. Third car gave ip after 4 mins of waiting and went on their way. If it’s lack of people try to hire more, if it’s the workers…. Get it together store. Will give it a try another night not for a while at least.

Stopped in around 12.30 on a Sunday. The dining room was clean, there was plenty of seating, and we were greeted kindly by the staff. I ordered my "go-to" Chicken N Waffle Combo. It was served fresh and with a smile!
One thing I noticed is there is never any business. I knew this and questioned the freshness of the food, and still tried it. I got this salad bowl with quinoa and veggies. It was bad. It tasted like they premake the bowls and add chicken on top when ordered. I immediately returned it. The worker apologized and even offered free food. I declined. The service is what gave more stars. I know the restaurant is good cause I have ordered a chicken sandwich before at a different location. However I think this building is cursed when it comes to little to no business. It may be due to there being no direct access to the road.
