“We had the mac n cheese bites to share. I got a platter with 3 chicken tenders and a catfish fillet with potatoes and gravy for the side. My mom got 3 chicken tenders with fries. The gravy was alright for fast food but not my favorite, I dipped my chicken in it and that was good but I didn't want to eat just the potatoes and gravy. The chicken tenders are big. Neither of us could finish all 3. Mac n cheese bites were really good but they seemed like they were made with box mac n cheese? Not that that's a bad thing necessarily but it wasn't what I expected. The catfish was really good. The fries were amazing. They were kind of like popeyes with the really crisp coating. The ranch was clearly bottled instead of made fresh. My family is kind of snooty when it comes to ranch so it wasn't up to our high standards. The woman at the register was really nice and made sure we knew that the mac n cheese bites were fried triangles, not just regular mac n cheese. The food was all out pretty quickly. I was very sad that they didn't have the deep fried ice cream. I've been looking for a restaurant with real deep fried ice cream for probably about 7 years now and this was the first place I saw that had pictures in the reviews of it. But they don't have it right now Hope they bring it back soon“

“My husband and I stopped for lunch on a weekday and really enjoyed the food and our visit. The onion rings (appetizer) and fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside like they should be. But the sandwiches were pretty amazing. We got a Jumbo's Beef and a Frizzle (hamburger with frizzled onions) and mentioned our plan to share each and asked for sandwiches to be cut in half. The waitress brought the half beef in separate containers and the hamburger was cut as requested so it was easy to share. Italian beef had good flavor and wasn't tough, just had the chew you'd expect from shaved steak. The seasoning on the hamburger was my favorite and I think the Frizzle is my new favorite burger and will be the reason I visit again. Two thinner patties and enough toppings to taste good without making it impossible to get it all in a bite. Great lunch and great service. It was a quiet location on our visit, but it looks like a fun place to visit in the evening, too, if you like a little more action but it isn't a very big location.“

The place is always clean and has a comfortable atmosphere, and the staff members are really nice and always helpful, but you can even order from a kiosk if you're feeling shy. “Tried it for the first time day. We got a kids chicken strip meal, Mama’s special burger and a pork sandwich with fries. Some of the best food I’ve had in a really long time. It was fresh and hot. It’s made to order but the wait wasn’t too long. The person at the window had great customer service and ran us through our sauce options. We got the sweat heat. It was a really good option for the strips. Everything was seasoned amazing. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed! Definitely going back.“

“Out of the trash pizza franchises, I usually eat Pizza Hut and occasionally Papa John's or Murphy's (I probably should have gone with one of them this time) but I'm tired of my nearest Pizza Hut messing up our orders or shorting us/forgetting things. I wanted to try something different, with fingers crossed they'd make food satisfactory to my wildly pregnant taste buds. I tried Domino's Pizza once when I was younger & was disappointed so I haven't eaten their pizza again in over two decades... until yesterday. As a result...it will be another two decades or longer before I even *think* about eating anything from Domino's Pizza again. One pizza was sloppy and way too cheesy (I didn't order extra cheese) plus wasn't sliced properly. The cheese & veggies were falling off the bread. The other pizza, pepperoni joint, seemed overbaked, so much so that there was barely an inkling of sauce (and we love pizza sauce in this house!) I didn't order it with extra sauce but it definitely didn't even have enough sauce for a standard pizza so it was dry, thin and got cold really fast. Their oven-baked dips or whatever they are called...ours tasted good because of the marinara and we ended up using that on the dry pizza slices to make up for where their cooks so obviously lacked. However, there was way more cheese than marinara, so no balance and their dips are barely dips at all! It's like they make you a little bit of dip and pour it on a small paper plate that "looks" like a small bowl. So, essentially you're not even *dipping* anything, you're scraping because they're not filling it adequately, just covering the bottom of a flat surface. Laughable at best but disappointing and not surprising. Especially for their prices! In conclusion, I'm still very unimpressed and still hold my stance. I will never recommend Domino's Pizza to anyone who likes pizza, even trash pizza. They just don't measure up in any way.Sorry, not sorry.“

“Not only is the food really good, it also has a better price than almost everything else around Greenwich. I like Chick-fil-A but Slim’s bbq sauce is tastier and their kids meals go for a way better deal (when I was little, I swear CFA’s kids meals were like 4 something, and now they’re almost $8 for 5 nuggets instead of six grrr!)

Also, they have the nicest employees ever here! I’ve never not had someone refer to me as “ma’am” or be overly kind! It’s a really wonderful experience; I love Slim Chickens!!!!!! They also have a military discount ?????“

“Love domino's. It's always the most delicious and price friendly option. Not like that garbage you get from pizza hut or little caesars. I can't speak to the delivery quality I always pick up my order. Never gotten a wrong order or anything from here. Unlike Papa John's who was almost 24 hours late with my order once and still got it wrong. Domino's rules the others drool.“

“It's a nice little shop, for what it is. We only saw one worker, working the counter, answering the phone, and making the pizzas. Despite how busy she was, she was courteous, had a good attitude and such with us. The pizza was good, a little greasy for me but nothing too major by any means. It was fairly cheap as well, the pizza and two waters were only around $14 after tax. All in all, pretty good, I'd definitely go back.“

“I've always been a huge fan of pizza hut, I've never been in a pizza hut restaurant that was dirty less than comfortable. I'll never have a bad thing to say about pizza hut.

Vegetarian options: They have a veggie pizza and also a salad bar for those who don't eat meat.

Parking: They have plenty of upfront and close to the front door parking spots for the handicapped or those who have troubles walking on their own and need assistance.

Kid-friendliness: They don't have a play area for the kids or anything like that but they do have a nice kids menu with plenty of items to keep the kids happy.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair ramps that are made into the sidewalk right near the handicapped parking spots.“

“My friend and I ordered online for delivery and set it for the next day for March Madness.Well somehow once we put it in the date didn’t change to the next day and they brought our order that day. I felt bad since we didn’t want it yet and so I called them and they were VERY kind! The woman got her manager to see what to do and without having to pay again, they switched it to the next day.Thankfully it all worked out and at 6pm sharp they rang the doorbell and we got exactly what we’d ordered!! “This was a delivery:The management as well as the delivery driver was exceptional!Our order consisted of 2 medium pizzas, one pan 3-topping and the 2nd was a hand-tossed fiesta beef.Delivery time was 8 minutes early. The pan pizza was correct, but the 2nd was a hand-tossed beef, not the fiesta beef pizza. The driver was extremely genuine in her disappointment of delivering the wrong pizza, went back to the store where management made a very satisfying LARGE fiesta beef and was delivered back to us in 20 minutes.The inspiration behind this ranking is that the driver immediately offered two suggestions to either have the pizza re-delivered or have the 2nd pizza refunded. This was a great customer experience where the driver genuinely was disappointed and offered up 2 positive customer solutions. And there seemed to be quick managerial approval and delivered a perfect product, as a large, which impresses on me that they were correcting an error with an apology.This kind of customer service is extremely rare in today's fields as no one wants to correct customer errors. This was exceptional, and I have worked in the customer service field for 26 years.Fantastic job!!! Give the driver a raise and hold on to her until she moves on to bigger things!
