A really pretty nice girl served me she was very helpful the fries were cold and soggy chicken was hot but I think the grease might need to get changed it taste odd to me I took a bite and it went right in the trash. The drink was tasty.

Cute store but the wait was too long, only one other order was being prepared and I waited close to 30 minutes. Lady behind the register was also on a phone call through her airpod with someone the whole time I ordered and waited. The cook also looked unhygienic. In my opinion the food was also not worth the price, my $6 drink was mostly ice and my mango jelly was almost crunchy. Won’t be coming back.

Everytime we go we have a wonderful experience. Tonight we got to talk to the owner who was really helpful and friendly and recommended a great drink (lychee heaven - - is a must try)!! If you haven't tried them out yet definitely take a trip and support!

Wow, super surprised of what we had today.. Usually love chick n pop! We enjoy going here almost twice a month!Today we went out and they were out of several staple items, boba straws, brown sugar, black tea. We decided to go in anyways. No cashier showed for the first two minutes we were in, there was no music playing and no talking. We did finally get a cashier and ordered. Our order was wrong twice, and the cashier did not call any names when announcing food and drinks were ready. It was purely a guessing game between us and four other tables. Was not asked if eating in or to-go, then when getting a to go box to pack up our food, the cashier promptly got back on their phone and put their airpods in.Really hope this doesn't end up a regular occurance..
Mayo based sauce is not for me. The chicken strip basket was way too salty. My tongue is numb from the amount of sodium I ate in two chicken strips. I didn't finish the basket and I informed the staff tending to an empty restaurant. They made zero attempts to compensate my dining experience.I will not return

I had the Kitana Deluxe with fries. Also had Mango dream and lychee heaven. Overall, 20 out of 10. Definitely the best chicken sandwich in town. The sauce is incredible. The drinks were so good, I had to buy two. The service was great. Will definitely be coming back!

The batter on this chicken is so good. They give you so many fries and the price is great. Honestly, one meal is too much, but the mushu fries are amazing. They have sweet and unsweet tea, or you can upgrade to get a boba.

The chicken is always juicy, the breading has that unique twist of the super crispy Japanese style breading and I love spicy food so the "kitana" style is for me. Awesome selection of bobas and flavored teas as well!
