We usually love Chipotle but this time they did not give us good portions and the restaurant was dirty. We both got food poisoning. Waste of $30.

I really love the food at chipotle. This is probably the best fast food place ever because of the quality of the food. The meat is without chemicals or preservatives the food is fresh and the quality is definitely higher than in my viewpoint all other fast food places atmosphere is because the seating is not comfortable and the place was not clean the tables were dirty and the floors were dirty and I had to ask someone to clean the table because all of the tables empty were dirty. And she took forever to clean it it's like she felt like she was going to live there and all I wanted her to do was wipe it once but she felt like she had to wipe it like literally over 12 times the same place over and over and over and over and it was really frustrating I asked her if she would stop.

Truly a five-star experience from start to finish.
Walked in to find a line so long I thought maybe Taylor Swift was performing at the soda fountain. But no, just one single employee heroically manning the entire food line while the rest of the team appears to be on a top secret mission in the back. Maybe they're solving world peace, who's to say?
This one lone staff member was doing it all, scooping, wrapping, taking orders, while somehow managing to remain only moderately dead inside. A true professional.
When I finally got my burrito, it was wrapped with the same care you’d expect from a toddler folding a fitted sheet. Half the contents escaped by the third bite. Messy? Sure. But that’s just part of the Chipotle charm.
The dining room? A rustic blend of sticky floors, tables that could double as abstract art, and a generous sprinkle of rice and guac remnants, creating an immersive farm-to-floor ambiance.
All in all, a flawless disaster. Five stars.

If you like to eat out of a trash can this is your spot trashy dirty rude employees wasted 79 bucks on this garbage they just put what they wanted kept rushing me I had 4 bowls to have made and made completely wrong if it was not for my kids I would not even come in here it's a walking health code violation when I got home no one like the garbage they put on it I also watched a guy sweep crap into the tubs glad we didn't eat it MacDonalds would be a better option then this dump

This location is just consistently awful. Portion sizes inconsistent and asking for extra of anything seems like an inconvenience. The place is never clean. There’s someone always bagging the food, assuming the manager but unsure. Never wears gloves. Wouldn’t be a problem if he weren’t handling the bowls without lids already placed on them. And honestly…. Could be helping out more with the rest of the group to be more effective. Will be driving out of my way to a different location

Super rude manager and employees. I was ordering two burritos and they were telling me to hurry even though I was waiting on the girl to finish making my burrito. They then continued to be rude and make fun of the size of my husbands burrito. I’ll definitely stick to the Derby chipotle from now on.

I arrived to pick up my order, which was scheduled for 11:10 AM. I showed up around 11:20 AM. When I got there, the woman at the counter looked for my order but couldn’t find it, so she went to ask one of the men preparing food on the right side of the store.
I don’t know his name because I was extremely upset, but when she asked him about my order, his response was, “I’ve been made that,” with a lot of attitude. He then walked away, and I was left without any explanation about whether they would remake the order or what was going on. I wasn’t even properly acknowledged after giving my name.
A few minutes later, my order was finally placed on the shelf—without anyone notifying me. I waited there unaware that it was ready until about 10 minutes later when he said, “I put it up there.”
To make matters worse, the order was completely wrong:
• I paid for extra meat but received the wrong type on both orders.
• The beans were undercooked—hard like rocks and inedible.
I have never been treated so poorly. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I don’t understand what I did to deserve this kind of service. I came in for a simple pickup and left feeling dismissed and disrespected.
I even tipped online before receiving this treatment.

Usually Chipotle is very good so this experience caught me off guard. I ordered a salad with chicken I got 3 big pieces of lettuce and half a scoop of chicken I ended up with more beans than anything else. My husband got a burrito again half a scoop of meat and his burrito had double the rice. Ice machine was down but they still charged full price for drinks. Also no forks to eat with and the tables were all dirty. I will not be back , such a bummer
