The restaurant did not match the order on the lid to the food in the bowl. Their automated offer of compensation? A free drink! I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru for the incorrect order. At least offer to make the correct meal or have a way to reach the location by phone. The automated system is awful and not personal.
I just had the absolute worst customer service experience from manager Dawn at Chipotle #1302 located on South Rock Rd and Kellogg. On my way home I stopped to order a salad which is in compliance with my current meal plan. At the last station prior to paying I requested the vinaigrette dressing. The lady replied yes. I pay and leave. My home is at least 15 minutes away from this location. I get home NO VINAIGRETTE DRESSING. I'm in disbelief. Understand: in the past I've ordered...read full review
Maybe I got them on an off day, but there were so many things wrong with the steak and guacamole today 😭 steak was so hard and cut in huge chunks and the guacamole I paid extra for had skin on it along with an entire half of an avocado that I couldn’t even eat because it was so hard. If I’m paying extra I expect actual guacamole. I’m so sad lol.
