I try to support local businesses so for the past 2 years I’ve been purchasing gift cards from Churn and Burn to give out for the holidays. I purchased them online and went to pick up at the store. I was informed by the person behind the counter that 1. They don’t offer gift cards online (?) and 2. They are out of them. I asked about a refund. She took my name and number and said the manager was supposed to be in at 2pm and would call me. Well, about 6 hours later I hadn’t...
