Arrived for dinner at almost 6. Stood without being greeted or even acknowledged for about 4 min. No one told us to wait or anything. At one point an employee walked past us with out saying a thing. We left. Not sure if this is a new way of approaching customer service but we are not fans.

Food was tasteless. Usual Schlotzsky's is great, not this time. Food was below average. Service was ok, however they put two bowls of soup upside down in the bag. Needless to say this caused a messy problem. Completely underwhelming.

This review is not indicative of the service offered at this location. This review is purely based on the fact that schlotzsky's has got rid of their rye bread, corned beef, and pastrami. There is nothing on the menu worth ordering if a combination of those 3 selections were in your go to order.
Something that one craves and can only be satisfied at Schlotzsky's is now impossible to get.
I had the worst experience at this store! Placed an online order, it said ready in 20 minutes. I get to the store and no order. I checked with the guy at the register, he says they are working on it. Meanwhile I see food going to the drive thru and new walk in customers. After I waited 20 minutes, another customer wanted to cancel his order, the clerk said he didn't know how to refund his money. So I asked about canceling my order and again, nobody knew how to refund my money or where my food was. I had them remake the food while I watched. Finally, an hour after I started, I walked out with food. Get home and I'm missing a sandwich! Ridiculous!

Worst attitude employees I’ve ever seen, was giving attitude to my mom. Incredibly disrespectful, rude. Made me so mad I I wanted to call him out. None of them wore name tags even though it says on your corporate website they are required. Hispanic male And female. Clearly they were busy and clearly they’re are understaffed and clearly they have a high turn over. I go there a lot, I won’t be going as often now because of that. Oh and since they could tell I was irritated with their service they made my sandwich very sloppy. Ridiculous… get over yourself you are a fast food employee.
