Food was tasteless. Usual Schlotzsky's is great, not this time. Food was below average. Service was ok, however they put two bowls of soup upside down in the bag. Needless to say this caused a messy problem. Completely underwhelming.

I had the worst experience at this store! Placed an online order, it said ready in 20 minutes. I get to the store and no order. I checked with the guy at the register, he says they are working on it. Meanwhile I see food going to the drive thru and new walk in customers. After I waited 20 minutes, another customer wanted to cancel his order, the clerk said he didn't know how to refund his money. So I asked about canceling my order and again, nobody knew how to refund my money or where my food was. I had them remake the food while I watched. Finally, an hour after I started, I walked out with food. Get home and I'm missing a sandwich! Ridiculous!

Worst attitude employees I’ve ever seen, was giving attitude to my mom. Incredibly disrespectful, rude. Made me so mad I I wanted to call him out. None of them wore name tags even though it says on your corporate website they are required. Hispanic male And female. Clearly they were busy and clearly they’re are understaffed and clearly they have a high turn over. I go there a lot, I won’t be going as often now because of that. Oh and since they could tell I was irritated with their service they made my sandwich very sloppy. Ridiculous… get over yourself you are a fast food employee.

I haven't eaten at Schlotzsky's a whole lot in the past. Went there this afternoon, and the store was clean, and the employees were friendly. The food tasted great and was not overpriced.

This Schlotsky’s has it down! Every time I get a sandwich here everyone is so friendly and efficient. Whatever they are doing they just need to continue. Kudos to the staff!
The counter AND table service was great. The restaurant was clean and stocked. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. The brownie and cinnamon roll were the perfect desserts. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. (Even had a manager check to be sure everything was well.) Excellent eatery!!!!!!

The broccoli cheddar soup was so overcooked. It tasted like it had been reheated 10 times. My sandwich was not good at all and I paid 15 dollars for this. I ate at another location a while back, and the food was really good.
A little pricey, and they actually charge for extra Crackers for the soup.

i’m allergic to gluten and I ordered the gluten-free flatbread, I did not get the gluten-free flatbread so all night I was sick throwing up. I called today so I could talk to them about it and nobody was answering, the only time they did answer nobody was talking. It’s almost like they had just answered and put the phone down.
