It is bonkers that this place is still open. You all must be paying for these 3+ star reviews. I've never dealt with a more rude or condescending staff member/owner. Wild stuff. I hope it gets better for you (and us)🙏🍀

This place was very run down. There was no hot water in the restroom. The place was freezing (no heat). The crab legs were over cooked. Would not recommend anyone wasting their money or time there. I can see why there were no other customers. Will NEVER go back.
my friend and i wanted to go here for our crab boil because we didn’t feel like going to the other side of town. worst experience ever. we walk in, barely any lighting, entire lobby is empty, boxes on one side with trash cans right by tables. we heard a distant “hello” but didn’t see anyone so we were looking around, then heard the “hello” even louder and saw a woman looking in our direction just sitting down. we walked over and said we had an order to pick up, she said nothing, had me sign a receipt, then sat down and was on the phone with someone the entire time. me and my friend waited for like 5 minutes before asking how long the wait would be. she asked the cook, told us 5 minutes so we sat down, then 20 minutes later we went back and asked if it was ready, and ended up waiting another 10. service was horrible, barely any communication, and she ignored us. food was good, but they got our order wrong. do not recommend. (plenty of parking because nobody was there besides us) 😂

I had ordered number c1 for takeout I got home got through halfway of eating it and found raw shrimp in my boil 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Seafood boil was ok, now the catfish was not, slimy and the breading was falling off and had a stale taste to it.

I showed up on a Monday at 5:30 pm. The open sign was lit up, the doors were unlocked and I went inside. It was very hot in the lobby like the AC wasn't turned on at all. (Summer time) There was one person cleaning in the kitchen but absolutely nobody in the lobby to greet me or to take my order. No customers currently eating and absolutely none of the chairs and tables occupied.
I tried to get the attention of the person in the back kitchen with no luck. I used my phone to call the business but got no answer. I waited for about 10 minutes and then decided to walk out. I've never seen a business inside the United States run like this. Try your luck somewhere else because Crazy Crab is not the business to go to.

First time eating here and I won't be back. I should have read the reviews on here before trying it. Food was mediocre at best and I've had diarrhea all day the next day after eating here. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Don't know how to rate this place. Went 2 separate times and open sign is on. First time there was no one there alexcept se people sitting at a table talking and laughing but not eating kind if looked like some workers there but not totally sure. Stood at the front for a while no one ever came out to take order or acknowleged us so figured must have not open yet or just opening. After over 5 mins of waiting and yelling out for someone we left. Came back a couple weeks later same thing except no on there at all and waited close to 5 minutes and figured same old thing as last time. Almost started walking back to kitchen but that should nit be the customers job. I've given up trying this place. Not sure how they are going to stay in business much longer. With better management places like that do well but when service is lacking or non existent it gets a bad following real quick.
