excellent
If you ate at Wichita Fish or Haysville Fish Co. you will love Blalock's Fish. Judy taught her son well on how to do fish. I knew it would be good when I found out who had this restaurant. And to top it off Judy still comes in there I was told. Iam glad the tradition is carrying on. God Bless all of you!
Great food, but slow for carry out and they seem to not remember they have a phone.

The cornmeal catfish fillet meals are popular, and the frog legs are soft and buttery. Best hush puppies anywhere, along with phenomenal cornmeal, pollock, shrimp, and cole slaw. The food is hot and fresh, with generous servings like four pieces of large catfish with veggies, rice, and French fries for around $20. Call in orders even if you dine in; it is not fast but worth the wait. There are only about four tables back to back, so takeout is common. The atmosphere includes a beautiful aquarium. Service is amazing and attentive, with staff like Steve and Judy accommodating guests. The hot sauce is great, and Shasta colas are a nice throwback. Some find the catfish unseasoned and bland, with frozen fries and low-quality coleslaw, but overall the food is definitely worth it.
