I have never left a review for any restaurant. This was the worst place I’ve ever eaten. The staff never greeted us, the catsup bottle on the table was crusty( did not use it), the chicken was not cooked. Overall meal was terrible. We were the only people in the whole restaurant. The pic is of the dining area. I will be contacting the health department. DONT EAT HERE. It will make you ill.

They used to have a waiter come to the table..not anymore. And the seafood boil was not as great as it was last time. Its way too over priced. Horrible customer service!!

Stopped in there for the first time today and it was dead. Only two people working there and neither came to greet us. the server was huddled up to a space heater. not surprised because it was cold. we decided to bolt before ordering food because the vibe felt so off.

Rude they messed up my order and hung up in my face after I told them what happened. I like this place but I don’t allow disrespect

Don't judge a book by the cover, it's a hidden gem.Great boiled seafood and the Cajun seasoning is the best in Wichita.I'd highly recommend the snow crab legs if you're willing to get a little messy with your hands.

I absolutely hate wasting food and it breaks my heart that I did. I ordered online, which they didn't even check the computer until I showed up to pick up my order. I had to wait about 25 minutes when I got a text saying it'd be ready in 15. I paid over $150. After looking around, there was a random dollar tree shopping cart sitting in the dining area, dirty disgusting bottles on the tables. I peeked through the doors to the kitchen and it was just as gross. I hate it, but I threw out the entire order when I left. My first reservation, was on a Friday evening, not one single soul in the restaurant.... I won't be' going back

This place is a hidden gem. They have boils that are 1/2 the price as other comparable restaurants. Plus, the shrimp are fresh. We have taken other family members there, and they love the boils.

We were the only people in the place and it was uncomfortably quiet. No TVs on, no background music, no chatter among employees, NOTHING! You could hear every single noise from the pop machine to the heater vents. I really wanted to like this place. The pics of the decor online made it look upbeat and inviting. They are clearly of a different restaurant in another time, likely pre covid. The crazy crab of today is drab and uninviting. The plastic ketchup bottle on the table was so dirty and sticky I didn't even want to touch it to move it over. The salt shaker only had 1 hole that wasn't clogged with yuck. The tables were clean and the floor was clean. There was an entire wall of stuff that was just being stored there, or in the open. Very unsightly. The two ladies at the front were not friendly, seemed to dislike us for interrupting their day. The food was just OK. I had fried shrimp. It was coated in cornmeal batter which was different. I didnt like it but that's a personal preference. My mom had fried catfish and she said it was OK. Fries are typical frozen shoestring fries. Nothing exceptional but nothing terrible either. The hush puppies were the best thing we ate. Glad I tried it but won't be back.Parking: Only one car in the lot and now I know it was the employee's.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open space with tables and chairs, no booths.

You get what you pay for. Typical yummy cajun seasoning; but it feels like everything was frozen then flash cooked. Some of the items were cold; which is crazy because we were the only people in the restaurant. We left 90% of our plates and went to a drive through.

Food was cold..got my money back and my boyfriend was sick. For 3 days. When I asked for a refund they argued with me and told me to eat it anyway

We were the only ones here, which was kind of nice. The food was delicious. We had fried shrimp, calamari and catfish, fresh and hot, and the breading was seasoned to perfection. Also, reasonable for pricing. They may not be super personable, but I'm not there to make friends. The catfish was outstanding!
