Food is good but the lady who took the call in order was extremely disrespectful, if you can’t handle answering a phone then maybe working for a fast food place isn’t for you , she kept repeating SIDE SIDE SIDE because my husband miss heard her and when she first answered “hold on hold on hold on” like he was an inconvenience , she wasn’t speaking clearly so the rudeness was gross , we used to go there a lot and was taken back by how rude the experience was , probably won’t go back again because we can support other businesses with employees that have respect and aren’t annoyed with doing their job tasks.

Got there at 7pm. The girl working the counter seemed mad. Ordered the Tim's Trio, she asked if we wanted it for there or to go? I said there. She said, we are closing in 20 minutes. Says you close at 8. I said, ok then and we left. CHANGE YOUR HOURS ON HERE!!!!

My family had catfish and sides catered for more than 70 people for a funeral this past weekend. Da Chicken Shak’s staff arrived promptly (actually early) and were both professional and efficient. The catfish was excellent—lightly breaded, perfectly cooked, and all white meat (none of that river-tasting darker meat). Highly recommend!
