A fan of the traditional DQ Chicken Strip Basket, I recently ordered the new Parmesan Garlic Tossed & Sauced Chicken Strip Basket. I see where DQ is going here with the wing joint flavors, and a nicely breaded and perfectly fried chicken strip tossed in a robust sauce is a good thought, but they miss the mark here on execution. While the fry on the chicken was spot on, the Parmesan Garlic Sauce was overkill. The sauce was NOT a compliment, it was a drowning, a drenching, and a salt bomb. Sure, the Parmesan and garlic notes were there, but those flavors were quickly overpowered by the salt. There was so much sauce, that it killed the crispy on the breading. A proper toss ensures good coverage on the chicken, but you don't let the chicken soak in it.

My sister was having problems with the mobile order since that’s not the store problem I wanted to make sure the order didn’t go through before ordering again cause it had already gone through her account. The girl at the register was very sweet and patient. The manager was my issue. He was rude and sucked at listening. He made my sister order again on the app and it still didn’t go through. I was then trying to explain what was going on and that I was even fine paying at the register but he kept cutting me off, talking over me, and being rude. After like 20 minutes he finally just said he fill the order. He looked off my sisters app to see what she ordered. He gave us the food and I told her to check and things were still missing. I was so frustrated and annoyed at this point that I didn’t even care anymore, so we just left. Next time I’ll just go to a different location cause this isn’t the first problem I’ve had with them. Dealing with the manager though was the last straw.

The "bosses" car was "broken down" at the drive-thru window. They had to ask everyone to come inside to order. I asked to help push it out of the way. But, their boss wasn't there and they didn't have the keys. Not a great idea to park your car backwards in front of the drive-thru window at 12:15 in the afternoon.

Should add that lobby closes at 9:00, I got here at 2 minutes after as they were locking door, and told me I had to go threw drive thru...so I left...no business...they could have let me into order

Food was fresh and only waited 2 mins was super satisfied with that. However it’s fast food I should have to pull forward or park my car especially if I was in a hurry. I didn’t appreciate getting toward “next time I get told to park or move Ward make sure I am parked in a parking space”. That should have been communicated better because the girl didn’t tell me to park in a parking space she just said pull forward I was in a hurry and would not like to have to drive into a parking space and have to back out when it’s fast food not curbside pick up.Other than that thank you the food service was good. The people skilled performance could use some work. Always remember you are satisfying customers not yourself.Time was at 9:50pm 1/9

A* Absolutely impressed! The cleanest DQ I’ve ever been in. Probably out of any restaurant actually… The employees worked hard continuously. There was no goofing off like they were working and cleaning. The food was delicious and fresh. We are truck drivers and eat out a lot and this restaurant is by far the cleanest and the food was so good.! Keep up the great work DQ!!!
