Their menu options were endless and they were very flexible with helping us build our wedding menu. We are so glad that we hired Olive Tree to cater our wedding! After the Covid shutdown, we had a different point person at Olive Tree but she did a very good job at catching up on all the details. They know exactly what they're doing and make great suggestions. We had a Mediterranean buffet and everyone loved the food, and they also handled our bar, linens, cake cutting/serving and cleanup.
