This location went downhill. The staff used to be good, until about 6 months ago. The food is usually cold now, the ice cream is decent. They charge you for extra sauces and water.

The food was amazing, the burgers were awesome, the fries were what I expected from DQ. My only thing was waiting in the driveway by the building for 13 minutes after paying, and beginning asked to pull ahead. I checked the receipt and couldn't believe how long it took. multiple vehicles had to go around our vehicle, and if you know the location, it can be hazardous for some drivers. I have trust issues with other drivers, so I guess we will be dining in if we go here again.
I was greeted promptly as I walked in. The employees were very nice and did a great job getting me my items quickly. I would have to say that this is one of the few fast food places that I've been to that the employees care about customer service and making sure that everyone feels welcomed as well as taken care of.

I have been working with delivery for 3 years and I never take orders from this restaurant because they wait for the driver to arrive to start making the food and in the end it is wasted time... the lesson is never take orders from here or you will waste your time and that is money

Customer service was nonexistant. Employee didn't even speak at the window. Ordered a medium dipped cone with my order and got a small splotch of ice cream atop a cone that was dripping everywhere and about one third of the normal serving size. Slow drive thru. It's fast food that isn't fast.
We used to love this place, would give it a 5 until they started charging .39 for a sealed cup of water, no refills. Ladies room toilet seat has been broken for ages, Wife reminds every time we're there. I'm so tempted to buy a new seat and install it as a Christmas present. And the LAST straw, we were charged .69 for CHOCOLATE ice cream last week. Ever increasing prices, mediocre food, small menu. Small blizzard servings. We go to Braums to eat or get ice cream now. $7 gets us a double dip cone, and a double dip sundae.

I know DQ has good food. However, this particular DQ falls seriously short. Out of 5 items ordered : one was missing ( yes,we were charged), and another was made completely wrong. I notified the manager about it, but she said nothing could be done. So disappointing!!!!
