Went to get breakfast and coffee....got to order box the girl took my dount amd coffee order and told me to pull around....I did....told her I wasn't done she told me the total for my donuts and coffee and wouldn't let me finish my order....go to the one on 47th or west street for better

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dunkin' locations and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I pulled up , I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home.The food at Dunkin' is simply outstanding.But it wasn't just the food that impressed me, it was also the espresso drinks. Dunkin' truly knows how to make a perfect cup of coffee. Whether you prefer a strong and bold espresso or a creamy and indulgent latte, their baristas are skilled in the art of crafting the perfect beverage. Each sip was a moment of pure bliss, and I found myself savoring every drop.

Every time I stop here they've had my order wrong. Today was no different. I asked for a hot vanilla latte and they handed me an iced one. I asked them to change it, and was then handed a very room temperature "hot" vanilla latte. I shouldn't have to microwave my $5 coffee as soon as I get to work to enjoy it. I typically go to Starbucks across the street. I've learned my lesson deviating from the norm.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I work near the hospital and go weekly but after my last experience I won’t be back. I picked up an online order and asked if I could order additional on a separate ticket to pick up for my doctors office. I was told there could not be additional orders added and when I responded that I had done this exact order three times last week I was told “well they really shouldn’t have done that because it holds up the line” There was one car behind me. All I wanted to add was a coffee. I drove up to the window to speak to whoever had the attitude and asked if I could finish my order. I could then hear them all talking through the window about my addition of the coffee which seemed like a “hassle” for them to do. The lady taking orders was rude and not friendly at all. I would say their time management is poor and attitude to be at work is poor. I did tell the window lady to let whoever was taking orders to know she is rude and should readjust her attitude. For some people this is their first interaction of the day and personally I don’t want it to be with someone who clearly doesn’t like their job.

Ordered via app. Waited 15 mins behind one car in drive thru just to get to speaker. Stoned-sounding employee said no food available. I requested to cancel my prepaid order but still got charged. Emailed DD and no response. Now filing credit card dispute.

I ordered online through the app as I do every day. I use my points for my order today and once I got through the line, they were out of both of the items I ordered. They were unable to give me back my points so I wasted $10 not to mention the worker named Bella was extremely rude and unprofessional. Super annoying considering I go there every day.

I always go excited to get there new holiday drinks but it turns out not the same as how dunkin have in pictures or tik tok videos nothing like it when I go there it tastes nasty they never know how to make the drinks how is it Dunkin’ Donuts when the drinks are not even the same how we expect this is like the 5th time I don’t like the drink I expect to be good they don’t make it look like it either at all
