Went to the walk up window, was politely greeted. Took and double checked my order. A young lady returned in a timely manner to take my card, very polite, very pretty smile. The order was correct from the sugars in the coffee to the extra cream cheese on the bagel. Recommend
Gone downhill unfortunately. Used to get the same coffee here constantly and recently it’s tasted burnt and weirdly artificial. The service is noticeably different as well, wondering if the management has changed😔
This place definitely has its not great moments, but the staff is patient and the doughnuts are usually good. Their drinks are delightful. Chris is the goat at this store my friends and I adore him.
