I work 4 McDonald's and like any other restaurant you will have problems or issues. McDonald's job is to make every Customer happy by any means. We are sorry for are inconvenience , and we are correcting any errors from the past and future comments. We are sorry and we appreciate you as Customers. The food was okay but there were no onions on my double cheeseburger, half the fries weren't there, no straw for my drink and had to ask for sweet and sour sauce then given with an attitude. Terrible service. 2am
Sometimes the younger staff isn’t paying attention to the orders and they repeatedly ask for you to repeat the order, they don’t aknowledge you at the window and come across as rude, not a huge complaint but just a nuisance is the water situation. Sometimes I have the hardest time just ordering a water with my food. Sometimes they will ring it up as a sweet tea no ice, other times I’m told i can’t have a water cup and I need to order a water bottle. I think...read full review
