This McDonald’s is just HORRIBLE. They forget to put items ALL THE TIME. Every time I order from this particular place, I NEVER get sauces, like not a single time. They also forget to put additional items like extra cheese, a tomato in burger and others. Today I had an order with two meals, 4 sauces and a strawberry&cream pie. I didn’t get any sauces, I didn’t get pie, and they forgot to put one of the burgers. That’s just a sick joke at this point. It’s no big deal if it happened once, but it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’m extremely disappointed.

Visiting a sick sibling for about two weeks and this McDonald’s is open late. They always had an attitude for what seemed like no reason. Came here four times and was disappointed each time. 3/4 times my order was correct.

Extremely poor attitude employees. I pay for things like extra cheese, or ranch and don't get them. Ask for no ketchup so I get ketchup only. Ask for fresh well done Fry's, get Fry's that are luke warm and soggy. The sandwiches are greasy and sloppy. Y'all can do so much better. Where is management?? These employees all need to be retrained and pay attention to the order. Make sure the customer is actually getting what they ordered.

This McDonald’s is horrible. The customer service is horrible. I went through the drive through and ordered food Monday 3/11 around 540ish. The girl had an attitude taking my order and kept making me repeat what I wanted. I used my mobile app. Finally after 5 min just to order I go to pay. The girl who took my money was friendly however the girl that gave me my food was very odd. She was smiling and side eyeing me while handing me my food. Now this made me very uncomfortable. She then closes the window and gives me a thumbs up. The demeanor and look on her face didn’t sit well with me. I feel like she did something to my food. I was in a rush and did not have time to go back but I had to leave this review. I even asked her her name. She tells me her name quickly and asks me if I need any sauce??? Idk the look on her face just said it all. After thinking about it when I drove off I ended up throwing the food away. I just didn’t trust it. I live in college hill so I’m always at this McDonald’s and it sucks that I’m going to have to drive further to get my son his McDonald’s. I plan to also call corporate as well to report this incident.
