Tried dutch bros for the first time and it's delicious, the staff there are wonderful and have a great attitude I loved the atmosphere! I will definitely be going back for sure. Ty for the great experience!
I normally love Dutch Bros coffee. Do not recommend 10:00 am on a Saturday. I had to wait 25 min for a cup of coffee. I could have gone through competitor's drive thru next door in 1/3 the time. Frustrating, as I was on my way to the office. I was not just burning time on a Saturday. Everyone was pleasant and working hard. Maybe your prices are too low?
Always a long line. Waited 30+mins twice now, no way to leave once you're in line, or else I wouldn't have waited. No one should have to wait 30 mins for coffee. Music is way to loud. Not everyone wants to talk about nothing while waiting either. I just want my coffee.
