This is an outstanding restaurant with great food, service and reasonable prices. We liked it so much, we ate here twice in our 3 day trip to Wichita. We had salmon, sirlonibe, grouper tacos and beef medallions. All were excellent. We had calamari one night for an appetizer and platantres the other night. Calamari was excellent and platantres were clever, but just ok. Sangria was excellent. We had churros for dessert one night and they were very good. Both waitresses were excellent.
My wife and I travel extensively and often find ourselves in cities we are visiting or just passing through. We often look for the #1 rated restaurant on TripAdvisor to try it out. In Wichita, that is Sabor. Often when we try the #1 I’ll have a feeling something like - that was good but I don’t really see it as the best restaurant in town. That was not the case with Sabor. Restaurant was very nice, service was excellent, and our waitress was awesome. I would definitely go again, and recommend people go there. You will not be disappointed, the food was delicious ?
