“Serve Tea with respect” yeah right .. i don’t leave reviews usually but wow I went in today with my mom to the location on East Kellogg. The cashier who ring us up had a huge attitude and poor customer service. Moments ago my mother walked in to FENG CHA on Kellogg and rock rd. Was ignored at the counter, then when she had enough she began to walk out. As she exited the woman said "THAT'S WHY I DON'T LIKE BLACK PEOPLE." She refused to repeat herself when my mother asked what she said.
