I got firehosed. I got a sadwich to go, got it back to my hotel to find that they went chincy on the turkey. Seriously, there was only like two slices on it.

I have points which means I've eating from this chain many times and I have to say whoever made the sandwich was stingy as hell as though the less they put in it, the more they ged paid something...geez!

Went there for lunch today and it was so quick and easy. I wish every place could do as good of a job as firehouse subs does

Kid-friendliness: They have little fire men hats for kids to take home with them. I also personally think the decoration was perfect for children too.

I went inside to order food to go. I have celiac disease and asked what kind of options I had. They told me about a closed gluten free bun I could have along with them cleaning the surface where they make the food and changing gloves. Food was made quick and tasted great! Employees seemed nice as well.

Dietary restrictions: They have sealed gluten free buns and said they would clean the surface where food was made and change gloves to cut down on cross contamination....
