I had a few disappointing orders from this place, and I don't usually raise a fuss, but the last couple times I was discouraged because of how expensive it can be. Thankfully, the manager Josh called me personally and offered fantastic help. I am very appreciative of his service, as well as the hard work it takes to run a restaurant. Don't let a bad experience turn you away! Say something politely, and you'll be helped properly. Thanks Josh!
First off, Five Guys has been my #1 burger place for many years. There is simply no better burger or fries in America. That said, I have visited probably a dozen 5G places over the years from NH to FL to CO. This one in Wichita.... hands down the best. What a wonderful dining experience. Thumbs up to the animated & friendly staff. They made my day.
Five Guys delivered on their promise of great burgers! The juicy patties and fresh toppings were a hit. Service was lightning fast, and the restaurant was spotless. It's a perfect spot for a quick and satisfying burger fix.
