Customer service here is the best! We had a very pleasant and attentive waiter. The Georges 75 specialty drink was quite pleasant. We ordered the filet and chicken, both with Parisian potatoes. The filet was good and tender, but the grill must have been too hot as the outside was charred black and tasted bad so I had to scrape that off. Very unfortunate for an expensive cut of beef, but still giving 5 stars for overall service, atmosphere, and other tasty food items. We celebrated our anniversary and had the most amazing Chocolate Pistachio Tart for dessert! Highly recommend!!

We had one of the more special dining experiences we’ve ever had last evening here. My wife and I decided to take our two young boys out for their first nice steak dinner in their lives.
First, the Atmosphere: you can’t beat it and I’m sure many people have addressed that over and over in these reviews. It’s a very unique and thoughtful atmosphere.
Second: The food. It really was spectacular. The boys split a small filet mignon and loved every bit of it. That’s what I had to and my wife was a champ with a prime rib. Everything was absolutely delicious.
But what brought it all together was the Service: our waiter knew how special this evening was For us and he brought everything together. He was thoughtful and attentive, and did everything he could to make this a very special evening for our family. So thank you. We will be back whenever we are in town.

Restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Staff was friendly and helpful. Menu had a good variety of options to choose from. My wife enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich (especially the croissant). I enjoyed the Crepe Italienne, it was a unique dish with good flavors. One recommendation I would make would be cold, not tap water and make your bakery items available for purchase in a shop setting! Prices are good for the quality of the food. Would return and recommend to others.

I recently visited Georges French Bistro in Wichita, Kansas, and had a very enjoyable experience.
For the appetizer, I ordered the calamari, which was excellent. The dipping sauce served on the side was the true star of the meal—absolutely delicious and full of flavor.
For my entrée, I had the duck. It was tasty and well-seasoned, although it was a little dry for my preference.
Since I visited during happy hour, I also tried their Old Fashioned. It was well made and quite enjoyable.
The service was attentive and friendly, and the restaurant itself is beautiful, spacious, and has a wonderful atmosphere.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Georges French Bistro to anyone looking for a charming French dining experience in Wichita.

Ate here for my birthday dinner. The food was delicious, and there were so many gluten free options! The poutine is so good, and the crème brûlée was heavenly.

We had a nice dinner at George’s French Bistro, with some standout dishes and a couple of notable misses.
The appetizers were mixed. My wife’s baked Brie was excellent. Unfortunately, my escargot was a big disappointment. I love escargot and order it whenever I see it on a menu. This version came in garlic butter but served in mushroom caps, and the mushrooms completely overpowered everything else. I could barely taste any garlic and there was almost no seasoning or salt. It was one of the weakest escargot preparations I’ve had.
On the positive side, my spring strawberry salad and my wife’s French onion soup were both very good. For our entrées, she ordered the Branzino, which she enjoyed. I ordered the ribeye medium-rare, but it arrived medium to medium-well. The server promptly took it back, and the replacement came out quickly and cooked perfectly.
Service was excellent. Our server, Christian, was very attentive and handled everything professionally and pleasantly. We also enjoyed the cocktails — my wife loved both her espresso martini and dirty gin martini, and my old-fashioned was solid.
We finished with the Berry Pavlova and the Crème Brûlée. Both desserts were absolutely delicious — a perfect sweet ending to the meal.
Overall, the service and most of the food (especially the desserts, Brie, and cocktails) were strong, though the escargot and the initial steak were letdowns. We’d still come back and try other items on the menu.

I was in town for work and someone had suggested that I try out George's. Pleasantly surprised with the food options and the service at the bar was great. Tartar wasn't to my taste but still decent. The fries were delicious.

Absolutely fantastic food and service. Beautiful atmosphere and extremely reasonable price especially when compared to the quality, portions, and elegance of each dish. Andreas (apologies for spelling) was an extremely helpful and attentive server.

My friends took me here for my birthday and I absolutely loved it. I had the escargo, and these seafood boyionase and my friend's head, lots of other things, it was a great treat. A head wine and liquor. And they also enjoy themselves. The only downfall to my experience that I had there was that, the waiters seemed very rush.We had to ask for the cream burley for my birthday. And he was quick to give everybody their check and not see if anybody wanted dessert or anything. And he did not offer dessert to the table, not dessert drinks, not dessert at all. In that aspect, and for the experience of that restaurant. I felt that the waiter should be more attentive and be more courteous and kind and offer either an after dinner.Drink or after dinner dessert. But he seemed to be in a greater rush. Overall, it was a great experience for my birthday. And I thank my friends for treating me.It was amazing
