Great American Cookies

I love the great service we get from the staff every single time we are there! I was buying cookies tonight and while the cashier was ringing up my order a very rude door dasher tried to cut in line and got mad when the cashier told her to please wait her turn. I am so sorry to the lady who had to deal with this DoorDash worker. She had no reason being rude to the employee. Thank you to the lady waiting on me that didn’t let this ENTITLED door dasher cut in line. There were 2 people in line behind me as well. I really hope that door dasher learns some patience. She was the one who was rude and should be ashamed of herself. Also, taking a picture of someone in a private business is gross. Lady you will also be getting a review/complaint to DoorDash about your behavior.

This employee is extremely rude. I did not expect that rude answer when I told her I have online order. I would say people who sell cookies need to be trained how to do better costumer support.

I believe her name was Michelle. She did an outstanding job in my daughter’s cookie cake! She is going to love it! I can’t wait for her to see it in a couple of days! Very satisfied! This store will be my go to from now on. I live in Oklahoma about an hour and 25 minutes away. I would rather make the drive than have Stillwater do my cakes. So again great job Wichita. You now have a repeat customer! Oh and the customer service was great too. She was very pleasant when I picked up my cake.

Each time the designs on the cookie cake was exactly the same as the footage !
The quality of the cookie cake is always fresh & good !
In its always delivered on time with no issues!

F I X your cookie bags. Bought half a dozen cookies which were HIGHLY overpriced, only for the cookie bags to fail and for all of them to fall to the ground. When I came back and kindly told them what happened and asked for a replacement, they refused saying people “fake” it to get free cookies. You really think I really give a crap about getting free cookies??? I don’t even like sweets. It was for sharing with my little nieces and it’s more so your overpriced cookies which costed you PEANUTS to make that dropped from the bags YOU provided and don’t want to be accountable for. Absolutely pathetic management. What a bunch of clowns that run this establishment. While you’re still open, please change your name to Mediocre American Cookies with your Easy-Bake Ovens. I will happily wait for a better vendor to replace your spot when you don’t fix things to improve the experience for your customers. Read and listen to your reviews.

Cookies were okay. But, nothing to brag home about. What I was upset with was a "convenience" fee. Come on seriously, after buying 5.00 or more.. We definitely won't be returning.

The lady at the counter was rude she was an older heavy set woman. We had never been there and I prefer hard cookies my person prefers soft- so I asked which were hard and which soft and she said that some are hard some are soft ...lol she was very sarcastic and continued to absolutely hate the interaction so maybe she was having a bad day. It was uncomfortable ordering while she was disrespectful. The deal said buy five non specialty cookies get one free and she charged me for all six..ugly personality poor customer service skills. I just tried a cookie and it tasted great so two stars for taste. Thanks for reading
