Insomnia Cookies went above and beyond ; when delivery apps failed a couple times, they called and made sure we got our cookies even late at night. Amazing service and delicious cookies, highly recommend.

Finally got to try a chocolate chip cookie, omg it was as amazing as it smells and the staff is totally re-vamping the store to accommodate dashers;)
Don't know y it was not a 5 already but they are doing so much better to accommodate dashers as as it's our job to be quick and takes up our time with each delivery.
Every customer is important.
The last time I delivered, they let me taste the seasonal apple cider donut and it was amazeballs just like the campfire!
They are all a must try thus far!

Ordered insomnia cookies for my first time and they had an issue over my doordash message for when I order coffee.
Why else would I need sweetener and creamer. And to say you couldn't hear my phone call when I'm a broadcaster and on my phone speaking everyday to 50k fans

I tried them for the first time today. They were great! I got a 6 pack mostly consisting of chocolate chunk. The only reason why Im giving it a 4 star is because one of the cookies was extremely hard. I was chocolate flavored concrete basically. Other than that, cookies were great. I would come back!

The cookies were alright. But the customer service lacked. Idk if the person had a bad day but the way they were talking to me as if I was stupid even after I said "sorry it's my first time coming in" was so rude. Don't be rude when your the one who picked a job in the customer service industry.

We ordered online through GrubHub. There were issues through ordering on the app that is out of the control of the location, however our experience with them was very bad.

The order took about 40 minutes until the driver could pick it up. When the GrubHub driver delivered it to the wrong place, we contacted the store. They were unable to give us a refund because we went through GrubHub (while frustrating, it’s understandable). They offered to make us another order. It took another hour before it could be picked up. The second driver got it to us, but just left it on the ground without knocking resulting in ants in the box (once again, a GrubHub issue). When we found the order and brought it inside, it was very small, bland, did not seem fresh and was not worth the $53. We were even missing the toppings we had paid extra for.

We had to reach out to the store for updates multiple times instead of them communicating with us on their own. It didn’t feel like they cared. We have all worked in food service, retail or other hospitality industries and try to give places a lot of grace, but this experience was ridiculous.

We ordered a cookie pizza (snickerdoodle, chocolate chip and matcha). They were all “meh” and we all were disappointed/upset.

Cawley H. Was awesome.. So I was in the downtown area, so I decided I'd go in. Their little store just checked it out, and boy, was I surbrushed? Not only did I walk out with a few cookies, thank you. Wonderful birthday present, but I also got to meet the wonderful people who worked there and way better than crumble cookies..

Their cookies are absolutely delicious, incredibly well priced, with excellent service! -TLDR

I did a late night take out on a Sunday and despite having only two people working, they professionally handled a long cue of people and even corrected a small mistake. (I believe it wasn't even their error to begin with.) This was all done in a professional and timely manner.

A massive shout out to those two employees!
