Not necessarily anyone’s fault, but this has happened to me twice this week on different occasions. I’ve had my card declined, then ran a second time with success, but when I check my bank records i was charged twice. Need to get that fixed.
I've never had any issues with this location which is why I'm giving 3 stars. But today the lady at the drive thru was extremely rude. We had a misunderstanding and I was trying to explain something to her and she just cuts me off and starts talking over me. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad morning but that's just not acceptable. I'm a regular customer there and I've never known this location to have those type of workers but I probably won't be going back to that location.
