My server Christian was so kind and attentive! I asked to be seated outside to enjoy the weather & ended up waiting a while to get my order placed. When he finally noticed I was sitting there, he went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed quickly! He was very kind & the food was great!! It was my first time at this location & I will definitely be back.

HomeGrown is a place with delicious food and friendly staff. The service is fast; orders can be placed in less than 3 minutes and food comes out in less than 15 minutes, even during a busy morning. The restaurant has a very nice rotating menu with great and distinct breakfast food. The coffee cake is a must for any breakfast. The meals are hearty and delicious, with reasonable prices. The atmosphere is a fun upscale diner. For lunch, the Cuban sandwiches are outstanding. Homemade Pop'd Tarts are a highlight, with seasonal flavors like Key Lime and brown sugar cinnamon. They are crispy, flaky, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Drinks include Kansas Sunset Chai and Sunrise Juice, which are delightful and refreshing. The black coffee is amazing. The service is good, with welcoming bartenders and great recommendations. The atmosphere is comforting and easy-going. HomeGrown adds to the Kansas experience and is a great stop for anyone in Wichita or just passing through.
