Was seated in a reasonable time after doing a call ahead. Waitress was prompt and kind. We ordered food right away. It took about an hour to come out which is way longer than normal for this location. The waitress informed us the food had to be remade and it would be out soon. The manager delivered our food, explained what happened, was apologetic, took care of our entire bill and gave us cards for free entries next time.
