We ordered at 12pm for asap. It said ready 12:52. We waited until 1:42- no apology given. Food was poor quality and order incorrect. We used to love JM!
Absolutely LOVE this place! The service is amazing. Today, I asked for part of my turkey to be set aside. When Shanna and the rest of the staff found out that it was for my sick doggy, Shanna made up a sweet box for her. I have been very worried about my dog and Shanna eased my aching heart, made my day, and DEFINITELY made Gertrude's day. Thank you so so much!!! This crew needs a raise!!!! ❤️
Growing up in NJ I expected a lot from Jersey Mikes and was so excited when they finally put one in Wichita, Kansas. Well what a disappointment! The bread was hard and like rubber and hardly any toppings to put on the sandwich. My friends and I were so disappointed and not even close to the wonderful sandwiches we had in Jersey! We got 3 Giant Subs and don't think we will be back! Very disappointed and prices were high too.
