Started out as a great breakfast. Went back to get to go orders for our kids and the order was wrong. We take it inside and the lady behind the bar was very rude. She implied we placed the order wrong and when we told her we didn’t she checked again and realized she put the order in wrong. Never apologized and acted like it was such a hassle to fix it. I use to love the place at Douglas and Hydraulic but due to current situation and Sunday's service we will no longer be back. I'm sorry I loved the friendly environment and service we got but things change so it is time to move on. I recommend this place to everyone just don't make a complaint about service in person because things change after that. I found out being honest doesn't always pay off. thank you again.

Jimmy’s Egg on Webb is a solid breakfast spot with a cozy, welcoming vibe. The food is always good, and sometimes the service is over the top terrific. The food comes out hot, fresh, and fast. The omelets are loaded, the pancakes are fluffy, and the coffee keeps coming. Staff is friendly and attentive without hovering. However, some visits have been inconsistent. One time, food was cold, a server had no idea about menu options, and pancakes weren't all the way done, though a friend enjoyed her burrito. Another visit saw dirty tables and coffee spilled, and waffles tasted like flour and salt because they didn't put vanilla in the batter. Food sizes are smaller than most other restaurants, with a 3 egg omelet looking like a 2 egg and having very little filling. Toast was great but no sugar free jam or jelly. Despite these issues, many customers will definitely be back because they enjoy the food. It is the kind of place that feels consistent and reliable.
