Jimmy's Egg - Wichita, N. Webb Rd.

Started out as a great breakfast. Went back to get to go orders for our kids and the order was wrong. We take it inside and the lady behind the bar was very rude. She implied we placed the order wrong and when we told her we didn’t she checked again and realized she put the order in wrong. Never apologized and acted like it was such a hassle to fix it. As my husband was talking and explaining to her what was missing she deliberately walked off and ignored him. She finally comes back and just gives us the food and says nothing. We did notify the manager. We are driving home and the order is still wrong. Very disappointed after having such a great first experience. Most likely will not return because of her.

While traveling west we stopped here for breakfast. Service was great and my husband said it was the best western omelette he’s had. The cinnamon roll was delish.

Extremely long hair in my food. Not very friendly. Cook didn't or doesnt wear hair nets. Will never go back

I came to Jimmy's Egg for breakfast (8:30 AM) already knowing that I wanted to order the Chorizo Tacos. When I started ordering, I was told they were out of chorizo. I ended up ordering the Classic Eggs Benedict. They asked if I wanted the eggs medium or soft and I said soft. I should have specified that I wanted the yolks to run like they are supposed to do, but assumed that's what soft meant (as opposed to medium). When they came, they were cooked through. The food was good, but not what I wanted or expected.

All of our food was cold. Part of the reason might be because they have the temperature at 50 degrees inside. Server was pretty good.
