I was craving poke, and remembered this gem tucked away! Service was stellar, the restaurant was spotless, and the build a bowl choices were exactly what I needed! Will absolutely return the next time I'm on the east side!

Pokémoto Wichita is a clean and neat restaurant with a drive-thru. The food is really good, very tasty and fresh, with a variety of choices for toppings. It is moderately priced with decent ambiance. The service is excellent, and the staff is always amazing and awesome, helping customize bowls and explaining unique ingredients. It is an absolute favorite spot in town, described as the best poke bowl in any state. Specific meals mentioned include the large Sesame Ginger chicken with added mandarin oranges and a strawberry Boba lemonade with strawberry popping Boba. Boba drinks are available, though boba pearls have been unavailable on some visits. The restaurant is a great place for a quick dinner or treating oneself, with no rushed feeling.
