Ordered online when I went in to get everything was treated with the upmost respect. Greeted by the staff food was hot and ready. Nothing was missing. Was a nice change for a fast food restaurant.

I have been to KFC 4 times in the last few weeks. On all 4 times at 2 different locations. I have not been able to purchase a 3 breast extra chrispy chichen meal they are always OUT! But they always have the original chicken on hand. So I refused to buy it. How could they be out all these times at different locations? Whats going on?

Got the new bbq chicken.... it looks like they literally threw it in the barbecue sauce way too much ... and didn't bake that sauce onto it and I didn't think it was going to be fried chicken if they just doused in the sauce

Rude older lady, asked to show her the name of whom I was picking up for, had phone angled towards her and I said it's right there on the screen, she continued to insist that I show her even though it was clearly in view and angled towards them.

I was in a desperate need to go to the bathroom and one of the employees stated for customers only. I stated I will buy something to go to the bathroom but without hesitation Megan another employee gave me the key to the restroom thank you! Megan!

Ordered a family meal & asked for dark meat but was told you’re just going to have to “take it however we make it”….Okay! & the family fry was a little more than half full. Next time I’ll go to Popeyes.

Wish I could Give this restaurant 10 stars. I have been having an issue in Wichita with bad customer service, especially in the fast food industry… Including, but not limited to most places around here, closing early, closing their lobbies early and closing their stations down early. Not this place I went after 10 PM and they Threw me down fresh tenders and the woman in the drive-through had excellent customer service skills! Very friendly and polite! This will be my new KFC Moving forward.
