Drove up to the speaker box was able to come up with our orders for to people before even being greeted. They took my order and i drove up to the window paid and noticed a discrepancy that they had two mashed potato sides and i wanted one potato and one fry so i asked if they could switch it the dude walked into the kitchen came back and had me pull into a spot. A good 10 - 15 minutes later we were contemplating pulling away but we had already paid and the dude finally walked up said he couldn't do the fries because he would have to drop new fries and it would take twenty minutes to get them up and he couldn't do that to us. Shouldn't you have known you had no fries when i asked and let us know at the window? Also what in the world are you doing that takes twenty minutes to make the fries because Im sure yall aint chopping up the potatoes fresh back there. Also only got one biscuit between two combo meals.

Yall need to get your house in order. I waited 25 minutes and 5 minutes at the speaker without being greeted with a line that wrapped around the building. Ridiculous. You kids need to do your job and get it together. This isn’t a game. Wednesday chicken fried special is nothing new. Prepare yourself children. Wednesday is always going to be chaotic. Do better. Waste my time. Damn. 3 other cars drove off as I did as well. Popeyes got their sense of urgency down. I’d go somewhere else guys- children here at this location playing kitchen and SUCK at it. They need to be hiring more kids or something. No bueno.

This kfc location is plain out diabolical. I had a total of 5 door dash drivers show up to pick up my order and were force to leave empty handed because of the extremely slow pace there. I have had the same experience three times already. Never again will i ever order from this KFC location. Its clear the management there is running that place down on service. Im honestly just disappointed in their service.

Went in around 12:30 at night and the guy working the window went above and beyond to help me. Had a problem with my order and they made me another burger fresh and piping hot right off the grill. He was very nice and friendly too.

Stopped by to get a chicken tender meal for the little one. Sign said 3 piece tender and fries $5. Get to the window and was told they are no longer honoring that deal but it’s still being advertised. So I ordered the 4 piece tender meal. It came with 1 side a drink and a biscuit. Look! It looks like they are basically cutting and slicing at this chicken.

Last year I left a review because of poor management and customer service. I came back to this location at 10 PM. I was advised at the drive-through that my meal would take four minutes. I told her that it was not a problem and paid for the food at the window. I waited and I ordered two meals and was given one chicken sandwich with a pickle And a small fry and that was not my order so I went back to the window and advised them that this was not the food that I ordered. I ordered a four piece chicken meal and Country Fried steak dinner, Mac and cheese & Fries for a side. She then took the meal out of my hand, that she had given me that was incorrect and told me that she’ll go grab it, but I had to wait longer. I told her that was not a problem once again and that I just needed my food. When they brought my food out about four or five minutes later, they carried my food out with the trash in the same hand! Once again so you understand - she carried my bag of food to the car while carrying the trash in the same exact hand!!! I am disappointed and I am just amazed that these people are able to work here and have such bad attitudes and customer service, Also not to mention thats extremely disgusting to have mine or ANYONES food so close to the trash. So, not only are you not giving people the correct meals it seems like everything was done on purpose because they didn’t want to make a meal that I told them I didn’t mind waiting for. I hope that this KFC does better for both their customers & employees, because unfortunately they altogether give a bad reputation. If you didn’t wanna make my food, you could’ve just said so and not had me be OK with waiting and then get upset with me and give me the incorrect meal on purpose just because you don’t wanna make it. The only reason I believe that this was done on purpose and not just a mistake was because she has to once again tell me that I had to wait for my food like I didn’t already tell her that it was fine. Also she had a poor attitude about it and made me feel like I did something wrong when I told her I don’t mind to wait on my food.
