Little Vietnam Kitchen is a gem for unique, authentic Vietnamese food. The restaurant offers Vietnamese cuisine beyond the usual pho and vermicelli. The dumplings are excellent, home made, and fresh. The Chicken and Shrimp Skewers are incredibly delicious. The chicken, beef, and egg skillet is fantastic with fried rice or a baguette. The beef curry with rice and the classic Pho are an explosion of flavor. The pho broth is great, the crab rangoon is good with awesome filling, and the dimsum has good tasting meat. The taste is fabulous and better than expected. The atmosphere is quiet, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and funny. The customer service and dedication to authentic dishes set this place apart. The owner took time to contact guests about making Bánh Xèo, a savory Vietnamese crepe. Prices seem reasonable. Some things are spicy that are not listed as such. Next on the list is the hot pot and ramen. Overall, it is a great experience and highly recommended.
