KFC's new Chizza disappoints, falls short of being a winner-winner, chicken dinner. Hitting the drive-thru, I got two sporks in my bag, I'm thinking that wasn't intentional but an omen, it's a messy eat! The portions of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni were generous, providing good coverage on the two pieces of chicken with a little assistance from the spork. I only gave 2 stars because the food was good but the service and atmosphere was awful. I placed a order online and picked it up at the arranged time. When I went to pick it up they hadn't even started making it. I had to sit for over an hour while the employees took orders from the drive through, and in store orders. I feel bad for their one competent person,they were doing the best they could they had people waiting over 25 minutes,she went to the restroom and no one did anything while she was gone.
