I only gave them 1 star because I had too... we walked in at 840, with 7 of us. Lady was mopping the dining room and ran to the back. Came back out to tell us the lobby was closed. We said the lobby closes at 9, and she said it was already closed for the night! Just lost $80 worth of service to the competitor next door. Lobby being open till 9 doesn't mean close whenever you want because your too lazy to serve guest.

I liked working here for a while, but now I’m having extreme issues getting my W2. I have called the store multiple times and finally got a corporate number to call. The number I’ve received does not work and I’ve been put on hold for 30 minutes at a time each time I call and end up getting disconnected with a promise of a call back and never get a call back. Wondering how I can get a copy of my W2 if I can’t get ahold of anyone.

After calling the store we talked to James he acted clueless and didn’t care about how poorly the chicken was cut had more bones then meat James constantly questioned our order, even giving the ticket number. Only way he wanted to settle the issue was to get a free chicken that wasn’t in the bucket when we paid extra. Very disappointing…

The store was so understaffed that they had to close the lobby. The wait at the drive through was well over 30 minutes. It's too bad, because KFC has a good product. This store just needs to get it's act together.

Undercooked chicken on a spicy Mac n cheese wrap. Cold and tasted like fish. Hope I don’t get sick. Ordered a 3 piece combo no biscuit and chicken was better than what was on the wrap.

Ordered the 2 for $5 chicken wraps. They were ok. Chicken was dry and really small but you get 2 wraps for $5 so can't really expect much.
My food was freshly made and the service was fast & friendly.

This KFC location has rude staff very unclean take an extra long time to get orders out and to top it off very rude to delivery drivers remember customer service should be good at all times weather it’s a delivery driver or a customer that comes in to order the doors are always locked forcing you to take the drive though because the lobby is always so nasty this location needs to be cleaned up and it’s starts with needing a new manager and staff that can take care of business and make west street KFC like it used to be I would not recommend going here ever again they do not like to work hard for their pay no need for photos it’s just gross

This place totally sucks. The staff was confused, disorganized, and unprepared. No manager or shift leader to be found. Waited over 35 minutes!
