I wasn't happy because I didn't get my gravy with my order. They were really busy. My order was sitting there in the pick-up, but since I gave my last name and not first I had to needlessly wait.

The store was so understaffed that they had to close the lobby. The wait at the drive through was well over 30 minutes. It's too bad, because KFC has a good product. This store just needs to get it's act together.
