The Dolsott Bibimbap was very good. The fried tofu and kimchi on the side was perfect. Service was excellent. I came in shortly after they opened for evening service, so it wasn’t crowded. Other diners were showing up as I was leaving. When I’m back in the Wichita area, this restaurant will be on my list!
I see the restaurant passing by and wanted to give a try. It was excellent! If I didn't live so far I'd become a regular. I highly recommend it. Irrelevant but I thought the one lady was cute 🤷♂️
