Great Cheese burger pizza, staff were friendly and very helpful.

I guess I'm just not as impressed as most. Not bad. The 2nd pic was from the 1st time I ate there. There was no cheese on my pizza for whatever reason. My friends was loaded with cheese. 🤔

This is a staple of my childhood and tastes just as good today as 40 years ago. They have the best sauce recipe and are one of my favorite pizza restaurants.

Pizza was great. Customer service not so much. Cashier sitting on the floor, that same cashier brought our pizza to our table and I noticed the pizza wasn't cut very well. I politely asked her if she could have the cooks re cut the pizza.

She took our pizza and brought it back in 20 seconds and the pizza was exactly the same. I had to use the pizza spatula to cut a slice...

I'm from out of state and this was disappointing.

Ive been coming here for years. Its a place we frequent almost every Friday. Now that shes charging 3% credit card fee we will no longer be returning. Its pure greed. Its the cost if doing business.

Waited over 20 minutes just to pay for a pick up order because I was trying to use gift cards, only to find out at the end, the gift cards don't work except at the Maize location now, even though this location's address is printed on the card!!

I never would have paid cash here and don't care for the pizza that much, but I wanted to use the remainder of the gift card I had. Instead of offering a solution or a proper apology I was told of I knew how much balance was on the card they would have done something. How about your damn system works and YOU figure something out?! Unbelievable.

Took 20+ minutes and 4 employees, and in the end the pizza was not hot or fresh and entirely unenjoyable. Should have just told them to keep it and left way sooner.

Knolla's is my absolute favorite pizza in Wichita. I cannot stress enough how much I love it. After living in Wichita for 18 years, I make it a point to grab some Knolla's every time I visit. The crust is absolutely the best part and set the bar so high for every other pizza spot I've been. The ingredients are fantastic and the value is great.

Knolla's set a pizza bar for me at a very young age that very few pizza spots have ever come close to surpassing.
