I liked the location in Kansas City better than the Wichita location. The food in KC was well seasoned and the temp was hot.

We love Hole in the wall restaurants they always have the best food kinda in a random spot! Best seafood around. Got a #1 and it was plenty of food for my husband and I. Great flavor!!

If I had seen the dog residing in a box on the counter when I walked in it would of saved us a lot of trouble. Floor was slippery with grease. Waited forever to place order. Seafood boil came out with no butter. Took it back and put butter on it. Then realized the crab legs were actually cold to the touch. Got up and left without eating. Wasted an hour of life here and we were late to our next stop. Won’t be back. Beware they also illegally charge 3.5% upcharge on credit cards.

Probably the worst dining experience I’ve had. Our waitress was nice, but the food.... my god. 10 dollar calamari appetizer was a kids meal. 40 dollar meal for 2 was well overcooked and enough for 1. I’m sorry but not the way to go, Long John Silvers has a few stars on these guys

This was the worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time. I walked in, was greeted, told them I had a carry out order. i was about 10 minutes after the time food was supposed to be ready. I waited at register and was told I'd be helped after an order was entered. With 4 or 5 wait staff I waited while they came and went from the register. They spent a lot of time complaining about other employees and not checking on seated patrons. (They were young but very untrained

Food was really good. However waitress forgot part of our order. We didnt get until almost finished eating. We would ask for sauce and didnt get it. It took 5 minutes to figure out how to separate our ticket. Customer service needs improvement.

The service was bad, staff was forgetful and rude. We asked for silverware, never got it. Food was taking to wrong table then removed and taken later to correct table food was now cold.

This place was horrible. The service was the WORST I've ever had in my life . They brought half our food out, then tell us they're out of half of what we ordered. We couldn't even stand to finish our food there, so we took it home. We got a lobster tail for 10$ and it was literally 2 bites of lobster. Expensive AF for horrible service, and low quality food. I would NOT recommend.

Well now what to say. The soda machine didn't work, the mozzarella sticks were burnt(after waiting 30 minutes for them)and customer service was very horrible especially from the "check out lady". Other than that, the crab legs and shrimp platter was ok.
