This was amazing our server Sonto I believe was his name was so kind and helpful I was standing to find the restroom and he pointed me the correct way and when I was struggling to hold all my boxes he came up to me with a bag and put it in the bag for me this guy was great so was the food and atmosphere

So, I have been going to both the kyuramen and TBaar since it opened. This was the first time I went with 4 people and the waiter that randomly took over my group at the very end wasn't very polite to any of us. He pretty much tried to run us out of the store as well as made it seem like we were going to dine and dash. All of us in my group were fully prepared to pay for are meals. Which we all did, just saying very first time being pushed out of a place I have enjoyed eating at since it opened and been going there longer then the waiter that wanted to cause issues has been working there. Also not a fan of being wrongfully profiled.

Very cool spot with fantastic ramen. Sitting at the table it was like we left Wichita. Walking in is like walking into another land. Service was great and very attentive. They have a button to push if you need something, but we didn't really need it.

We tipped server even we ordered togo, since we want to get our food right. However, we didn’t even get any cutlery for the to go order. It’s ridiculous for Asian food not to provide silverware, are we supposed to eat ramen by hand? Spicy miso ramen is good, but black garlic tonkotsu ramen is really bland, we can’t taste any flavor. And it’s better to put Chicken rice sandwich in the sandwich bag, we can’t even take it out of the container. It’s really hot, and the rice patty was not cooked properly, it was fell apart in the container

I've been wanting to come here for a long while, especially with the atmosphere and dining settings on the inside. Staff were extremely friendly, and the food was absolutely worth the small wait. Highly recommend coming here once if not for the food, then at least for the inviting atmosphere with a nice lemonade. ☺️

Awesome food and decor. Love the quality of the ramen and boba drinks. Service is subpar however. When the restaurant gets packed, the staff cannot keep track of who gets seated in order even though they have a seating system. Saw a person with the same name as me get called to get seated even though they came half an hour after me and I waited over an hour for my seat. I had to come up to them and asked when it was my turn and they looked at me crazy and thought I had already dined in. I had to show them my waiting list number in order to prove it or else they won't believe me.
Loved the vibe here.. but the food wasn't super special. I had the tonkatsu shoyu ramen with black garlic, and I was surprised that it was a bit bland and some parts of the dish were cold. I did enjoy browsing the menu, it looked as though you're reading an ad for different dishes lol. Staff was nice, but left us alone and didn't check up on us at all. We had to hunt down someone to pay, and we easily could have dined and dashed tbh, nobody was around, and it was just before dinner rush.

Service was quick and the food came out fast. The portions are okay for the price, but I do feel like they could do better. I only got one slice of meat in my ramen, which was a little disappointing, and the ramen itself tasted pretty average. The dumplings were also small and there weren’t many of them. Overall, I feel like you could get more bang for your buck somewhere else.

Space was interesting and service was quick but the food was wildly underwhelming (how do you mess up a bao bun????). Go to Yokohama. The seating may not be architectural but the food is one million times better.

The food was good, and prices were decent for the experience, but this is not for a everyday spot (in my opinion). This is for a date night, a girls or guys outing type of place, or a every once in a while spot. Staff was informative, helpful, and friendly!
