Ate there this past weekend. Party of six - we got three checks. Did not know there was an automatic tip for parties of that size. If it was on the menu, none of us saw it and waiter didn't mention it. Thought the tab seemed high but we were on our way to an event so I tacked on 20% and went on my way (the svc had been mid, at best; I usually give 25% these days). Figured it out a couple of days later when spouse asked about it and we looked at the online menu.
I think it's ok for restaurants to have an auto tab, but they should make it clear when they're doing it. Don't think we'll be back anytime soon.

Very odd experience, won't visit again. I visited the restaurant on a Saturday evening around 5:30pm (solo dinner). I was seated in a very comfortable area, not around the maybe 2 other tables that happened to be there which I did enjoy. I started with the quesadilla appetizer and a glass of white wine. The waiter or waitress I'm not sure .. asked to see my Id, I gladly showed an America Passport. They then proceeded to ask me for a driver's license. I ask them, why? And they answered that some places in Wichita won't take that as a form of identification ( it was then clear to me this person had never seen or used an passport or knew that a passport is more official than a dl) I bring up the fact I didn't drive here..so I dug in my wallet and found an expired license and they glady proceeded to fetch my wine. They returned with the quesadilla and I was met with a multi-grain tortilla filled with cheese on a bed of iceberg lettuce, with a side of tasteless I guess it was salsa ?? I wouldn't order it again. Then, I ordered the cup of lentil soup with the salad w/grilled chicken... Luke warm soup and no matter how much salt and pepper I added it tasted of water.. the salad was drenched in a mayo based dressing.... the grilled chicken saved it ..I told the server that the soup did not taste good and they said they would take it off the check, I asked then for a water no ice. They came back with my third order which was a steak (the larkspur steak.. I don't remember the name, it wasn't rememberable) and a glass of water filled with ice.. I asked the server for the water with no ice and they went to the back and I could hear them bickering to their co workers about my Simple request. At this point I just wanted to leave the stiff atmosphere with terrible service and food to match. Looking at my tab, I was charged for the soup. The total for everything was I think 89-98$ I left a 10 tip, I just didn't care at that point to talk with anyone there and wanted to leave asap.

A friend recommended Larkspur and we had an excellent meal. Definitely worth it. The atmosphere is welcoming and chill. They had live jazz music and it wasn't too loud. Prices are a little more than typical but not outrageous. Especially considering the quality and presentation. We started with hummus and they brought fresh bread and oil. Hummus was extremely tasty and smooth. Bread was soft and thick. He got the Arrebota and I got the pistachio chicken. When I say that both were outstanding its not an exaggeration. Fresh, tasty, not over cooked. Absolutely amazing. Our server was on top of his game. Drinks were filled without asking, he made sure we were taken care of without hovering. Excellent service. Three drinks, two entrees and an appetizer for less than 100 is quite reasonable. We will definitely be back and tell our friends about it.

If you visit, or live, in Wichita, plan to dine here! The filet mignon was one of the best I've ever eaten. My compliments to the cook because, contrary to most steak lovers, I want my steak well done. My filet was perfectly cooked and not tough. A shout-out to my waiter, Andrew!!

We were there on a Sunday. It was a slow day, but the server was very knowledgeable only. Thank he forgot was the complimentary bread, but he offered it close to the end of our meal. But other than that, no complaints.

I have to say this is a wonderful place to go to if you want great food and great service.we are from out of town and we decided to go here. We really like it. And we want to thanks Eddy for taking good care of us.

We went for our anniversary and they gave us a free dessert. I would definitely recommend for a special night out that's not super expensive but it's also not a run-of-the-mill place. Delicious food, I recommend the veal or salmon fettuccine

The food I got there was excellent. The drinks were excellent. The desserts were so-so. The tiramisu was excellent. But the other two we ordered were not that great. They weren't bad but they weren't great either that's why I said they were so so. Overall my dining experience there was great
