As noted by many the food did not disappoint. The scallop appetizer was exquisite. The cebiche was fresh and the octopus the best I've had. The Perivian ice cream and cheesecake was unique but delicious. My only suggestion would be to consider smaller portions and lower prices. Taking home many of their dishes isn't feasible. Add more starch like the sweet potatoes. They have a couple dishes that they can do vegetarian.
I had heard great things about Lima Nation recently and it did not disappoint!! Everything we tried was phenomenal! We started with several appetizers (I loved the Tuna Wonton Tacos) which we shared among the group. The Cebiche Clásico was really nice and very fresh. The beef short ribs was big enough that we shared and it was great too! Our entire group thought everything they tried was really good. I look forward to trying it out again soon.

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing birthday dinner this evening at the new Lima Nation Peruvian restaurant in Wichita. Today was their soft grand opening and it was absolutely worth it. The food had flavors were robust, yet tender, and cooked to perfection. The dessert they brought to celebrate was lovely and oh so mouth watering! Everything was amazing, and we will definitely be back in the future!
