21st and Amidon gift cards. people there know nothing and are not willing to help in any way.plus I had to wait 30 minutes just to be told my gift card won't scan. called 3 different stores before actually talking to someone. I have only good things to say about Alexis at west and central. she is super nice and willing to help figure the gift card problem out. I didn't receive anything extra for all the extra work I had to do and gas to drive to different locations.
I had place an online order with door dash. I called to see if I can add an item to my order. The so called manager rudely asked for my name. When she stated that my order was still sitting there I asked if I can add something to it. She answered “ are you gonna pay for it” personally that is the stupid question because who orders food expecting not to pay for it. All she needed to specify is that I couldn’t pay over the phone. We’ve always gone to the west side little Caesar’s right off of 13th and maize. Since we moved to the south side we’ve gone to this location twice. First time last Sunday where we got 3 hot and ready pizzas inside. We love little caesars pizza... it’s always our go to. Last Sunday the pizzas were disappointing which would be “nice” to say.
