Wingstop is a restaurant known for its delicious food. The service is generally friendly, with staff noted for their kindness and upbeat attitudes. However, there have been instances where service was delayed, and inappropriate language was used in front of customers. The restaurant is also commended for its cleanliness.
The employees have been described as acting like "10-year-olds," and a manager had to handle a situation properly after a customer was hung up on and insulted. However, a recent visit resulted in the best service and quality the customer had ever experienced at a Wingstop, with the tenders being thoroughly sauced and the service being kind and efficient. Another customer enjoyed their "Louisiana rub" chicken, which reminded them of fishing trips with their father.
