The team was busy upon our arrival. They were in top of it! Friendly service and fast food. The front staff gal was smiling and multi tasking like you wouldn't believe! The team today needs a shout out.

Waited 20 minutes for our food only to get it and the waffle fries are cold and the chicken planks I got the centers are hard the hush puppies were cold. The only thing that was worth eatting was the coleslaw. The dinning area tables are dirty and the lady that works in the lobby just stood around talking to a lady instead of cleaning tables for us customers needing a table. She also was just standing there talking on the phone while we waited for a clean table. The gentle man doing the interview just now was loud walking around with 1 shoe on and one flip flop. This location has drastically went to hell. This use to be a nice clean restaurant with good food. Now it is the worse I have been to and that is so disappointing.

The staff was very rude and forgot to put forks and spoons, my sauce I requested and the food you can tell had been sitting for a long time. I didn't even eat it. I would not recommend this place.

Absolutely no customer service. Seem I interrupted cashier from watching something on her laptop. Was irritated that she had to get up and take my order. Then slammed down my cup . When my husband ask if they have any tea no response . She went back and sat down and started watching her laptop . WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!! No condiment . And I guess no tea . Food was good though.

Very rude service. Lady at intercom was rude when there was NOBODY in the drive thru lane nor had there been for a while. Slow and rude. Ruined it for me completely didnt even order food.

Stopped in for some lunch for the wife and I they appeared to be a little short staffed. 1 person working the front counter and drive thru by her self really working her but off. I only seen 2 people in the back don't know if there was more or not but they too was working hard and when the girl in the back got a chance she jump up front and started helping out there. This small crew really hustled to provide a quality product and good service. You just don't see that kind of pride and work ethic any more
Horrible customer service and the store was filthy. Looked like the floor has not been swept in over a week especially in the corners. Everyone was rude, impatient and lazy.
I rarely leave reviews unless the service is excellent, that being said I guess I'm the richard for showing up an hour and half before close as it appeared the store was ready to lock up...... The Mongo behind the counter was too busy on her phone to even greet me or ask me what I wanted, she just ignored me until I started speaking. My order was for dine in but everything was delivered in to go boxes, as well there was not a condiment or napkin anywhere nor was I offered any. When I walked up to the counter to ask for condiments I was once again invisible as locking the door before 9 was more important, when asked I was then handed a couple of packets while bottles of hot sauce etc were sitting behind the counter. Once again I guess I'm the richard for showing up an hour and a half before close thus interrupting phone time.....

Ordered a fish sandwich, which advertised pickles. None were on it and I asked where they were and was told, in a tone as if I was lying, that it doesn't come with them. By the same employee sitting at the drive thru line on their phone. Then conversation between another employee right in front of me about the pickles and never once a professional and courteous "sorry, we don't have pickles". Always "it doesn't come with" or "how do we put pickles if we don't have any" which is how I picked up they were that unknowledgeable. Absolutely abhorrent workers, you do not treat customers this way.
