Ordered two pizzas thin crust. They both were undercooked and doughy. Marchello's used to be one of the best Italian places in town .They have progressively gone down hill. Ever since Covid and they could get away with not having to meet high standards and customer approval at time of service. They have no quality control or desire to make the food enjoyable. Marchello's restaurant catered the Maize Highschool Band banquet and we were all very happy with the meal (salad, baked ziti, fettuccine with chicken, and breadsticks. Elizabeth helped me to arrange the order, being very helpful with suggestions. Food was good and delivered on time by two very nice gentlemen. I would highly recommend!
