Hello fellow McDonald's worker here. Me and my mother ordered McDonald's and asked to modify the order, I understand that you may want to keep your times down, however it gave the manager no right to be as angry as she was, it was quite disrespectful. Manager of the day was on Thursday at 11:40pm.

Google lies the lobby closes at 10 and refuse anybody in drive thru that doesn't have a car out of "safety" concerns but will have people in cars go park and bring them their food like if your that scared of someone on foot let me pay for the food and I'll go wait across the street and a worker can come outside and leave my food in the parking lot then scurry back inside. .it's downright ignorant to demean people how they do

If I could take stars away I would. This has to be by far, the worst place to ever eat. I came through at 1 in the morning on my way, and when we got home and sat down to eat and pulled food out of bag was very disgusting grease was dripping out of wrappers the was cheese in pieces around sandwiches not inside they was so old the ketchup had soaked into buns. You could literally throw a McChicken at your wall and it would go through it. It's pretty bad that you can't even work at McDonald's without screwing it up horribly bad. Then on top of all that they refused to remake my order or give me my money back

They messed up my order I ordered two double fish fillet sandwiches. I only received two single fish fillet sandwiches and it’s even on the order two double fish fillet sandwiches and they still refused to correct it.

Terrible service, I went yesterday, April 2, in the afternoon shift, apart from the fact that they treated me badly, they did not understand what I was asking them for and they wanted to charge me $15 pesos more, I asked them please not to just order mustard. and cucumber and they did what they wanted to the point of just throwing the hamburger into the bun on its own without anything else, they couldn't pay attention since they were distracted talking and laughing during work hours, my question is, did I pay my money for pleasure? bad bad bad their customer service if I could give 0 stars I would, the bathrooms are super, super dirty and very bad smell

We dined in for lunch. The man taking our order was so mean. He provided the WORST customer service I've EVER experienced. Extremely rude and very impatient. I wish he had been wearing a name tag because I would report him to management IMMEDIATELY! I will never eat here again and I highly encourage others to avoid this McDonald's. This specific employee is tall with dark curly hair and bad teeth. He gives McDonald's a bad name.
